Big City Chicken

Dear Executives of Big Chicken; On April 5, 2024 my husband and I had a chicken dinner and coffee at your establishment in Chicago Midland airport. I am sending you pictures of how hot your coffee and was served without a sleeve to protect the hands. My husband is a severe diabetic and cannot feel how hot the cup of coffee was. Within an hour after dinking the coffee, large burn bluster appeared on his hands . Hopefully the medicine and bandages will keep the infection down. Maybe the next time you see a double amputee in a wheelchair that you will offer a sleeve for the coffee that is either served way too hot or your company uses cheap coffee cups . Your chicken was overcooked and very dry I only had two nuggets before I called it quits. The waffle fries were tasteless and overcooked. Way too expensive for the low quality food! I would hope that your company would cover the cost of any medical bills that may arise from this incident.

The first time I visited this place was really good.. this time not bad but maybe is not the same people like a few years ago.. but the food is good for me.. I like the chicken and the fries.. I made my stop here because my kids loved too..

I went to the Big city chicken in Midway Airport. I expected it to be overpriced simply because it was in the airport, but $14 for a 4 piece chicken strip was not what I expected. The chicken was super dry and tough. My aunt tried hers and refused to eat the rest because it was so dry. The waffle fries were good and crispy. I will not be going back to this restaurant again.
