My experience with Ana has been so transformative. She is a true GEM in the field of therapy. I especially appreciate the fact that Ana uses such a detail oriented and personalized holistic approach. 2023 was a challenge year for me but the best decision I made it was to choose Ana as my therapist. Ana is helping to walk in the path of healing and growing mentally strong with a solid spiritual belief. To me, Ana is a unicorn: in addition to her gender, her qualifications and the area of therapy she focuses on, she is also bilingual, and getting all in one therapist is highly unique and precisely what Ive been seeking. Ive only worked with her for 5 months and shes deeply impacted my life. I finally feel alive again and Ive been supported in this transformation through her compassion, her wisdom, observations, and insights. I find myself sharing her words with my friends and colleagues who have similar lived experiences to mine. I would happily pay out of pocket for her services if I didnt have insurance- she is worth every penny and more!

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Ana and I have to say she is so knowledgeable and a true expert in our line of work. She has an overall calming and soothing demeanor. Not to mention I love that she combines a little humor to the work. 10/10 recommend!!!

Ana is such an intuitive therapist. The name of her practice suits her well. I found Ana at a stressful time in my life where I couldnt take it anymore. Ana always takes the time to listen and assess your needs without over talking and without disregarding your feelings with a quick fix. She will try all methods until she finds the right one that works for you as an individual (not in line with everyone else). Shes not there just to collect a paycheck and move on as I have had the experience. She asks you questions that will help you to go inside your own head and heart with the true answers even if youre in denial about issues. If willing, Ana helps you to tap into your spiritual side. Ana taught me that my mental health is more important than a job or career and that enmeshment and codependency can be huge factors that block healing. Ana has helped me to appreciate my gifts and to expound on those gifts. Ana takes every client seriously. You are the BEST ANA! Five Stars!
