        Bought one of the most expensive suits there. Still felt cheap and like it would fall apart. That wasnt the issue. Sales reps were just bad in every way. Tailoring was worse. I got my suit tailored and it came back as if it wasnt tailored. The sleeves were far too long so they would completely cover my dress shirt. The pants were brought in way too tight. Overall 0/10 experience, will not be going back.

        Rented a tuxedo for a wedding at this location. Low energy, uninterested, and dismissive staff. For the price, the fabric quality and fit is mediocre. Rental shoes were very low quality. The laces were frayed and different colors between the two shoes. Look elsewhere for suit/tux rentals.

        12/23/2023 UPDAT: no response by Menswearhouse!!!! ..RUM FROM MENS WEARHOUSE-go to Suit Supply at 945 N Rush street youll get a far superior product .. Stay away from James, Sales Person at Mens Wearhouse he will do everything to cut corners and to just make a sale. The person they claim is their tailor is better suited to just hem pants. These people do not know how to make or provide alterations to mens suits. I picked up a custom-made suit yesterday ..the workmanship was so sloppy; the fitters and Tailor are extraordinarily incapable. They were going to allow me to walk out with the suit that was so poorly made it looked like bozo the clown made it run away from this store. what was most disturbing is the not my responsibility attitude no accountability. They were going to let me walk out in a suit that I wouldve been Laughed at my upcoming black Tie event.

        This Chicago Michigan Ave location needs to be shuttered the store is a failure from the sales people to the incompetent tailor shows you if you staff cheaply you get poor product snd dissatisfied customers. James at the store is a nightmare.
