I had a bad experience today as i went in for consultation and once my consultation was done she used their brightening serum and then i started experiencing itchiness and allergy she tried washing it nothing worked still the same itchiness and slight redness started and she suggested me to go to emergency if redness continues and any active breakouts. I also mentioned i was sensitive to lemon and some products. Check ingredients also while they are using any product so you guys dont have to face this

I was seeing great skin results from my best friend who recommended me to Better Med Spa. I decided to give it a try and got my skin consultation. Its a bit hard to find street parking at times and I will be late but they were really understanding about it. I was greeted by Priscilla who is very nice and friendly and I got my skin consultation by Jessica. Jessica is lovely to be around and shes gentle with your skin, I highly recommend her! Ive got two Tixel treatments done so far and Im happy with the outcome.

Xiya did an amazing job! I came in and was greeted with water and tea. The spa was clean and nice. I had a skin analysis and it was very thorough. I learned a lot about my face and they gave me recommendations on what I can do to improve my areas of concern. After, I had an oxygen dome facial. The facial left my face glowing and glassy! I could visibly see that my face had lifted a bit too! I would definitely come back again!

Disappointing overall. I booked a personalized K beauty facial with the Vitamin C boost (brightening booster or whatever) and was scheduled with Erika. First of all, the room I was in only had a curtain, not an actual door so I could hear the music playing from the lobby (there was no music inside the room) and hearing Taylor Swift and other pop songs did not promote a relaxing or soothing environment and I could not "tune" out. Additionally, this wasn't my first facial, and with every facial I've gotten, the esthetician turns on the super bright light, takes a look at my skin then tells me what they observe and what they'll be doing that day. Erika just started and never turned on the light to take a good look at my skin, that was a concerning and felt elementary. I have been putting off getting a facial because of the economy and everything being so pricey but I decided to splurge and treat myself. Now I wish I hadn't - my skin isn't glowy like after previous experiences elsewhere, it's actually quite dull and I didn't even really enjoy myself although it felt nice. I won't be returning unfortunately. I was hoping to love it.
