The doctor is the best! I am already feeling better with my medication for asthma. The place is neat, nice music, the staff is amazing from the front desk lady, the MA, both phlebotomists, you are really greated with so much love and respect. 100% recommend this clinic thank you!

I've been a patient at Aayu for a couple of years now. I started at the Wicker Park location and was usually seen be the same PA there. I'm on PrEP, and I have to say I tend to always be more comfortable in discussions around this when working with someone who is also a part of the LGBTQ community. They were great and their phlebotomists always did a great job too (quick and painless). On my most recent visit (now at the Lincoln Park location following my move out of Wicker Park)I went in for urgent care instead of my regular PrEP visit. I'd sliced open my thumb while cooking and couldn't get the bleeding to stop. Ross was my PA and he, too, made me feel really comfortable and cared for. As he cleaned up the wound with hydrogen peroxide he kept my mind distracted and asked me about the book I was reading and a few other topics. He got the bleeding to stop, got my wound more properly wrapped, and kept me informed on the proper aftercare I needed. Aayu has been great and I'm glad I'm able to use them for both primary care and urgent care needs.
