Terrible service, I called to set up an appointment and they didnt have anything available until a month from now. That was understandable but the lady told me I can call the next day at 7am to see if same day appointment was available. The next morning Im calling at 7am and its close, the answering machine says they accept calls from 8am to 5pm. Google website says 8:30am. Im still calling every 10 minutes just in case and finally a lady answered at 8:05am. She was extremely rude from the beginning and said I should have called at 7:30am because thats the time she gets in. I explained to her my story and she basically said I was wrong and I was probably calling the wrong number. She asked me to repeated it to her and obviously it was the same one I was calling every 10 minutes and now I got her on the line. When I asked about all the different opening times, She got upset and said the office opens when she gets and is ready to open. She said to try calling tomorrow and hopefully I get lucky. Her attitude and responses are not appropriate for her work position. Really disappointed with this location and staff. To finish up I asked to speak to a manager and she but me on hold for 10min and then hung up. Not a good place to go get medical attention or any help. This was the morning of 2/23/23 by the way.

The girl that does the blood draw is just so rude. I don't know how she is working with patients, I asked for the supervisors name and number they gave me general number.
