I really like my doc - Dr.Stojak - however Im writing this review because the billing issues I, my family members, and friends have had here are unacceptable. There are errors in billing, over-billing, and other related miscommunications practically every time we have been in. The experience is extremely stressful and draining. Trying to get the bills fixed is time consuming and insurance cant helps because the issues seem to be coming from the office. Its a bummer because this could be great a great office if not for these issues.

Representative Maria who answered the phone is very rude and has a nasty condescending tone when speaking to patients. If you hate your job Maria then quit. No one is making you work here. People are calling to receive Great customer care. Not be talked to rudely. Quit your job please.. bad look on the practice.

Dr. Stojak is my personal favorite but the whole team is great. Really helped me out when I needed a same day appointment and have been going regularly the last 2 years now.

My experience here has been fine except for my issues with insurance and billing. I continue to be billed for preventative services that by law insurance must cover and I get no assistance with getting this corrected. Im at the end of my rope with this and I cannot in good conscious recommend this provider when my bill continues to go up even months after service.
