Dr. Hans is excellent. She also has wonderful staff Patty, Heleen and Vanessa. They work as a team for excellent results, they are supportive and concerned for patient comfort.

Great staff at the Halsted location but horrible answering service. 3 times I called back begging to talk to Dr Hanz bc I knew if I'd get to tell her that my pain level was at an 8 out 10 scale she woulda've rescheduled me for a later time today since I was not able to be there at 3:30 today but three times I called and not one answer back to my request. Very rude people on the other side of the line

I have received commendable treatment at this location. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, professional and punctual. The presiding MD explained everything very clearly and welcomed questions before, during and after each procedure. I'm happy I chose UVC and would recommend this (Lincoln Park) location to others.
