Howard Brown Health Administrative Offices

Very disappointed in Brown Elephant. Made a visit to the store to discuss donation of furniture and household items; followed instructions to email; sent photos, and also called and left message. I have not received any response. All items are in excellent condition and am having difficulty understanding the lack of response. Is one to assume that you are not in need of additional funds,or that your staff are incompetent? Vietnam Veterans were very happy to schedule a pickup of these items.

Had an appointment for tomorrow 6-3 Which I took off work for, I called 1-2 weeks ago to check in to see if it was I. Person or phone, they said in person. Okay great. They called me 6-2 to say there was a schedule error And offered me a tela health over the phone today 6-2 in the afternoon. So I agree. That time comes and goes. No call. 20 mins after appointment I call and speak to rep at after hours line. They said my a rep would Call me back tomorrow. I better not get a bill for a missed appointment. Hey
