For a first time experience, this was pretty great. The puzzles were good and didnt feel too challenging. And our game master Azul, was an extremely nice person and gave us great hints when we were stuck

Dr. Knox and team are my favorite! Long term back pain from skiing is cured! Adjustments, PT, and shockwave is the way to go and Dr. Knox is so encouraging. The results were fast. I havent felt this great in so long. With her knowledge and taking her recommended supplements, my energy is better and inflammation gone!Highly recommend!

I love Proper Balance! It is truly the best chiropractic facility that I have ever been to. I am a salon owner and hair designer, a long with being a mom of 2so Im pretty rough on my body physically. Dr. Knox and Steve help keep my body feeling like new and ready to go! Every time I go in, (weekly) and I feel like a new person! They adjust my body with the newest machine technology out. (It reads your alignment and spine). Its pretty futuristic! I also get shock wave, when Im not pregnant. It is a game changer! Oh and I get adjusted while pregnant as well. It really helps! Anyways, if you are looking for a chiropractor that truly cares, this is your place. They are also very educated and knowledgeable!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I first went to Proper Balance with severe shoulder pain, which I attributed to an injury I incurred weightlifting. I was unable to lift my arm much above parallel with the floor without significant pain. They did a full diagnostic and found that in fact I had years of damage in my shoulder from repetitive stress. After reviewing everything with Dr. Christina, we discussed options and embarked on a therapy plan encompassing regular adjustments, physical therapy to address long-term issues with my posture and , and other modalities such as PRF, trigger point therapy, and massage. 6 months later I have regained over 90% of my shoulder's function, full range of motion, improved my posture and functional strength significantly, and I can lift weights and enjoy my other regular activities such as golf and ice hockey with no pain. Most importantly, I was able to avoid surgery. All this, and they are super friendly and flexible with appointments! I cannot recommend Proper Balance enough!

To be honest I felt like I was sold to a lot and the thing I actually went in for was never resolved. My partner went in a bit after me and it annoyed me that we basically had the same plan even though we had completely different issues. Made me feel like they just wanted the money. We both felt super uncomfortable with how hard that vitamin was being pushed on us. I started going to a functional trainer and Im moving so much better! To think that I wasted so much money on pillows, vitamins and shockwave on my neck and back when all I needed was someone who listened and great thoughtful PT. The adjustments by Dr. Sonia were nice and helped my headaches. Dr. Sonia did listen and so Im grateful for her because she helped me figure out the treatment plan I actually needed. I felt extremely rushed during PT with Steve. Never felt like I quite got the movements and I dont feel like I got hands on work because the place was so busy. Tbh, even with Dr. Sonia working there I would go somewhere else because they have so many patients in there with you. If you go and they try to sell you something be smarter than me and just say no unless you really think you might need it. Dont just be nice like me and too timid to disagree. It will save you time and money.
