i have been working with selena for over a year now and she's amazing. i describe her technique as body work rather than "massage" because it's not an ordinary spa-type experience. as a mental health provider, i really emphasize the connection between body and mind - and selena is able to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of self care through relaxation and rest. i recommend my clients, friends, and family to her whenever i have an opportunity...and every single person has said she's "magic." i couldn't be more happy to support her and her practice through my business, glowing reviews, and referring others her way.

It normally takes me forever to remember to write a review but I had to make sure to write this one right away because WOW!! I had a massage and reiki healing with Marianna and it was a truly wonderful experience. I was new to reiki and Marianna walked me through everything ahead of time and was so warm and reassuring as she guided me through the session. The massage itself was also fantastic, the best Ive had in a long while. I left feeling lighter physically and emotionally and plan to return to Spirit and Matter regularly going forward.
