Mr Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of Chicago IL

I've had two different experiences from Mr. Brick. 1st Call/Job: I reached out to Mr. Brick in early Spring to make new openings in the side of a brick home for windows. Evan came out, we exchanged measurements, and he returned a proposal. We ended up going with Mr. Brick because they were professional and one of the lower bids. The guys that did the work were great! They finished and cleaned the place in the same day. They were extremely precise with their measurements. Great experience with almost no issue, besides some communication issues in the beginning. 2nd Call/Job: I ended up needing a few walls tuckpointed and cleaned, albeit, during summer (when they are probably most busy). Evan came out, very professional and kind, again. I was hoping to have them out because of the great job they did the first time, but I never received the proposal or even a courtesy that they were no longer considering taking the job. I reached out to Evan, via text, at-least 3 times before calling it quits. I get that there was more money to be made elsewhere, but at-least a courtesy or a single text message saying that they can't take me on right now would have gone a long way. But no, I was ghosted. Wasn't exactly sure how to rate them... so I average out both scores for both experiences! Quality of work: 5 Responsiveness: 1

When all work was completed, they left everything spotless. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend mr brick.
