        Honestly I recommend this place for anyone. My little guy is part of family since kindergarten , yes its part of family because you feel how others care for you here!!! The sensei Marek is very kind, genuine and shows how much jiu jitsu can positively impact a person if they simply decide to step on the mats. Try a class, you won't regret it and it just might change your life for the better.

        Long Life Studio is a great place that my kids just love to go to. I recommend this place for anyone with active children. It is teaching them new skills and self confidence!!! I love it!
