I've been coming here for over a year now and they've gotten me in the best shape of my life. I've gained all of the skills and confidence needed to both compete and live my life the way I've always wanted too. Specifically coach Seng and coash Evaristo have contributed greatly towards the development of myself and others. I've gained friends and family here. The coaches professionalism and kindness will see you through to all of your goals. I highly recommend this as a place for others to train and grow. If you're on the edge of starting, i encourage you to take that leap and join this gym. You won't regret it!

Great gym for MMA and overall fitness. The coaches are fantastic, all well experienced. I try to make it to as many classes as I can. I look forward to Fridays kickboxing class at 6, great way to start the weekend. Always a great class to start for either beginners or advanced people.

I train under Mr. David Lewis, and me and a friend (both of us white belts) had the opportunity to train here. Mister Chuong Pham was a gracious teacher and provided invaluable detail to what I was doing incorrectly. Great experience. Great gym.
