I quit the class after a year and a half, due to ill-treatment and disrespect. It was sad to see the environment slowly turn toxic. I am the second person who quit the class because of one persons bad behavior, and it was extremely disappointing to see Master not stand up against the perpetrator for abusive language and attitude. I lived through the classic case of patriarchal dominance where a woman is asked to stay silent, not speak up or voice her opinion, to just smile and be a good girl and not stand against indecent, unnecessary remarks. It was great learning Taekwondo. The class builds in you the tenets of humility, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. The class is designed to align mind, body and spirit. Master is highly skilled, committed, and knowledgeable. Ill recommend you to join the class only if you dont mind being amoral, socially indifferent and tolerant towards abusive behavior. The workout is great but respect and equality matter much more.

I enrolled my two kids here and I highly recommend it. The training fee is affordable since I have a discounted rate for 2 kids. Each has three training sessions a week total 3hrs a week. Its really a good physical and mental development which make my kids busy all the time, a sense of confidence, focused and school grades have improved. It's a great way to channel and direct their energies toward something positive that computer games cannot build overtime.

I have been practicing taekwondo in this school for 4 months. The master really cares about his students. He is committed to your learning. each class teaches you something new in the area of self-defense while also correcting you. The energy of the class is super positive. The students are very friendly, a good atmosphere in general. I definitely recommend practicing martial arts it really helps to improve concentration and focus better.
