We are a small, startup nonprofit organization that is focused on providing high quality programming, services and supports to a population that is, for all intents and purposes, unserved in our area: individuals with autism and/or intellectual or developmental disabilities with comorbid challenging behaviors, such as physical aggression, self-injury, elopement and property destruction. As such, we have a number of critical immediate needs, including funding, a facility and volunteers. We learned about the Google Ad Grant, and we thought it would be a perfect vehicle for helping us to raise awareness of and garner support for our cause. We felt strongly that we would qualify for the grant, but, as an all-volunteer organization without a digital marketing expert among us, we knew we would need help managing the grant to get the most benefit from it. We began making phone calls to certified ad grant management agencies, and we soon grew frustrated with the lack of responsiveness and the exorbitant costs. Fortunately, we reached out to Lift Conversions. We immediately knew that Lift Conversions was different from the other agencies because the owner and chief executive officer of the company answered the phone. No kidding, the head of the agency answered the phone. After we introduced ourselves and shared what we want to accomplish with him, he volunteered to evaluate our website and have his team do some ideation of potential advertising campaignsfree of charge. He immediately got back to us with a report that showed our loading times were too slow and could potentially cause our grant application to be rejected because of poor user experience. We spent the next weekend fixing the problems with our website, and then we applied for the grant. Thanks to the advice we received from Lift Conversions, we were approved for a grant! We called the agency back to inquire about the having them manage our grant. Not only did they agree to manage our grant, but they generously informed us that they would do so pro bono because they believe in the work that we do and they want us to be able to use our funding to serve individuals and families that desperately need our help. In addition to managing the grant for us, they are teaching us the fundamentals of ad grant management so, when our organization and staff grows, we will eventually be able to effectively take over that function ourselves. We are beyond grateful to Spencer Wade and his team at Lift Conversions for believing in us and supporting us. They are amazing people with both top notch skills and big hearts. We started working with Lift Conversions in 2017 and their team has always been on top of our Google Adwords management. They are great at helping us understand how our campaigns work and guiding us on how we could improve our ads to convert leads to clients. Spencer continuously informs us of new Google updates and how it will affect us. He is very knowledgable on all things when it comes to Adwords and more. He and is super responsive and highly motivated. We enjoy working closely with the Lift Conversions team and highly recommend!
