        Lack of customer service, for people coming with a project that will need information about the material they sell only to be blown off with "we don't do advise". No help at all by was ready to put a invoice before we even decided what material I needed.

It is from our understanding that it was your first visit at our Metal Service Center and you were looking for some consulting on a porch project. Unfortunately, we do not consult on structural items as it requires architectural drawings in order to meet code and city ordinances. We want to make things right.
