Paula did my hair and make up for a photoshoot and she did a wonderful job! She knows whats shes doing and is very efficient and professional. A great makeup artist enhances the beauty of her/his client. She did exactly that.

Paula is the real deal! Whether you need your makeup done or getting your eyebrows PERFECT, she is your girl! When it comes to the microblading, she is extremely thorough with her work. She takes her time and you wont be leaving until they are perfect! Nothing better than leaving feeling fierce because your brows look so natural yet bold! Highly recommend Paula.

Paula and her team did my make up and hair for a wedding that I was in. Both my hair and make up looked beautiful and lasted all night! I received several compliments! Her and her team were also very sweet and It was a pleasure to have them spend time with us the morning of the wedding. I would recommend them and use them again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about City lights. Lucy did my make up for my wedding and I felt like the most beautiful bride. The overall experience when dealing with Lucy was pleasant and professional - all communication and questions were answered in a timely manner and prices were very fair. She paid attention to details; listened to what was wanted and what was disliked, she was able to perform
all tasks quickly and calmly in a fast-paced, busy environment. Even with the heat and humidity, the makeup held up throughout the evening and into the night.
