        I have been working for 5 days to get a resolution on a shipment they claim was picked up and was not. I had to do my own research into the nature of the issue. First, you failed to dispatch the load timely, then your system was updated incorrectly. You blame the carrier, when you failed to verify the info. I understand mistakes happen, but I shouldn't have to spend 2 hrs figuring it out for you and then not be given a commitment as to how and when the issue will be resolved. You gave me bad info, which I passed on to my customer. Now I have nothing to tell him and he'll probably cancel the order.
