Third Coast Trolley and Limo

Similar to Maegan's review below -- I have called, emailed, texted numerous times over the last week - no response. The phone number doesn't even have voice-mail available, says the mailbox is full. Non-existent communication and customer service.

Tried to get a hold of them via phone AND email and for the last 2 weeks, me and my faience still have no response from them. Yea sorry but that's absolutely 100% UnacceptableTried to make a poor review on google and wouldn't u know, it won't allow me to....Shocker

I booked Third Coast for my friends 30th birthday party this past weekend, and none of us can stop talking about what a blast it was! I didn't know it was possible to have that much fun in 3 hours. Our driver Dave was awesome, and Mark was always patient in dealing with all my questions when booking. I can't wait to find another excuse to do another trolley!

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to write one for Third Coast Trolley because they are an ethical and customer centric business that does right by its customers. Mark was easy to work with, answered all our questions promptly, was forthright and transparent, and worked with us on pricing. When an unforeseen and uncontrollable issue came up with one of the vehicles, Mark spent hours fixing the situation and even split the difference in cost, which he didn't have to do. In the end, they may have lost some money on our reservation, but they gained a loyal customer who will use them again in the future. We strongly recommend everyone check out and support this business for all their trolley and transportation need.
