For our wedding transportation, we rented a sprinter limo, a coach bus, and a party bus from Best Chicago Limo. Every vehicle arrived in pristine condition, punctually, and with drivers who were a joy to deal with. We encountered a minor hitch with our hotel room arrangements, resulting in several guests being shuffled between hotels. Nonetheless, Best Chicago Limo was nothing short of remarkable. We cannot express our gratitude enough to the amazing team at Best Chicago Limo Service! Despite booking our limo rental just two days before our wedding and calling them at 10 pm, they were there for us, working tirelessly after hours to ensure that our reservations were perfectly in place. We initially thought we could manage without their service, but we were so fortunate to have booked them!
We had the pleasure of working with Aaron, our limo driver, and Mike, our party bus driver. They were simply exceptional- professional, sweet, and patient throughout our journey. Aaron even went above and beyond his duties by waiting with my fiance outside the church and making sure everything was ready for the me before I walked in. He also looked after all our personal belongings left in the limo during the ceremony. Such attention to detail and customer service was truly impressive! We would definitely book their service again and wholeheartedly recommend Best Chicago Limo Service to anyone seeking reliable and outstanding wedding transportation. Hired for our wedding day limo. Booking process was smooth. They provided great options, reasonably priced compared to other companies, and very accommodating for changes we made to the reservation prior to wedding day. Our driver Johan was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. We made an additional impromptu stop for another photo session with the whole wedding party. Limo was in fantastic condition and a smooth ride for all our stops throughout the city considering traffic and Chicago roads. Service: Limousines
