Our experience at this Pottery Barn was very positive. We went in to see a couch we were interested in online. Nico was very patience and answered all of our questions thoughtfully. He never rushed or pushed us. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service at the Lincoln park pottery barn. Everyone in this store is so rude when there is an issue, except for Tammy who is vey sweet. Do not recommend shopping at this location

For a company that prides itself on exceptional, lasting quality with unparalleled value, I am extremely disappointed in my product and embarrassed for you. I spent a large chunk of money in your store last year to furnish my home, with one of those items being gold silverware. This silverware is completely tarnished and I will need to purchase a new product. When I asked customer service for a reimbursement, I was told there was nothing they could do. How long was this silverware supposed to last? How long should I have expected it to be gold? It certainly wasn't at the one year point that I expected this "exceptional quality" to deteriorate. I will not be shopping at this store or any of its affiliates again and when my peers ask me where to look to furnish their homes I will be sure to tell them of this experience and the lack of customer service I received.
