The Duffy Law Firm represented us in a purchase of a residential property. The team worked closely with the mortgage lender to ensure that all legal requirements were satisfied and the loan was cleared in time for closing. Kristen was very organized and efficient. She conducted herself in an utmost professional manner and clearly explained the final steps in the process.
