Smart Wash Laundry

You use laundry cards. The ladies are all super nice and helpful. Each super washer holds 80 lbs of clothes and costs $10.88. They hold ***at least***4 times the amount of clothes a regular washer runs. If you have a large capacity machine at home the super machine does 3x. Dryers work well. For the same super load, on medium heat, it costs a couple dollars to fully dry. I like the fact it can be done in smaller increments to check. The ladies made sure I fully used all the washer can hold which I appreciated.

This place better step up their facility. This place is out of laundry detergent, the one card machine don't work, the one large washer is broken, and they no longer stock the soda machine. There is a new place on 81st and Cicero that has EVERYTHING, even bigger machines and allot more seats. I hope they are paying attention to this review! I want to like this place again.......

I came to do laundry I guess they close early but there was no signs up saying so. I had ran to the dollar store when I put my clothes to dry came back at 5:06pm. I checked my clothes and they were still wet. I was told they closed at 6pm and the lady was cleaning so I could no longer dry. I asked why there was no signs up saying so and I got told because the regular customers already knew they closed early so there no need for them to put up signs. I had to take my wet clothes home when there was still time before closing customer service is horrible.
