Ive done the wash and fold service here for about 8 years off and on and they ALWAYS do an amazing job! Smells good and all things are folded. Truly appreciated. Also competitive pricing

Usually I have a positive experience however tonight absolutely not. The worker here is a no. At 11:10pm attendee touched clothes (undergarments) after machine number 37 errored out and stopped at cycle 3 mins and 37 seconds left of time. It was stuck for over 5 mins attendee assisted until error message door popped open. Clothes werent completely spun out asked for assistance refused by saying he didnt have a card to do a spin and proceeded to touch clothing to confirm them being wet. Under garments touched customer asked why would you touch clothes his response to see if they were wet knowing the machine stopped during spin cycle. He then stated he can give free dry clothes werent dry enough to just put in dryer. Attendee refused to assist further. Ask for management contact information he refused by saying he didnt know it. Proceeded to ignore customer.
