Product was fine, but the employees have a poor attitude. Just another business that makes you feel like theyre doing you favor.

When I tried to place an order after a 12-hour international, the employee interrupted me before I finished my sentence to say "That's not on the menu" and then walked away. Unbelievably rude, and he didn't even give me the opportunity to order something else.

Flew in at about noon and wanted a smoothie. The lady at the register refused me service along with two other people behind me because she was alone. Very poor service for a great company like smoothie king.

Unhealthy garbage, rude staff. Dude flipped out on me when I asked if I could get a smoothie made of just fruit - i.e. no turbinado (brown sugar), fruit blends (added sugar), strawberries (some slurry with added sugar), or mystery protein blend. He advised me that my only options were the diabetes-in-a-cup blends - I mean, the listed menu options. And no apparently you cant just leave the garbage items out.

I ordered the Caribbean Way smoothie and it was absolutely delicious! If youre a big strawberry banana mango fan, you will love this smoothie! I highly recommend Smoothie King in the Chicago OHare Airport! Their staff is very friendly and accommodating if you have any questions about their drinks and food.
