Prudential Gem & Jewelry is amazing. The beauty of the jewelry and quality of customer care here is outstanding. The owner, Joe, provided me with invaluable assistance regarding repair to a ring I brought in for review. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Weve had a long relationship with Prudential jewelers. We bought our wedding rings from them in 1994. Weve used them to repair and remount the diamonds on my wifes ring. Each time the attention to detail and service were excellent. Our 30th anniversary is coming up in July and I took the rings in for cleaning and resizing. The rings were cleaned and polished and it took about a week. I picked up the rings and my ring fit great after resizing and looks brand new after the polishing. Same for my wifes ring.the stones look flawless and the platinum bands look brand new. The service was excellent and the pricing was reasonable. We will continue to work with h and hopefully we can have our children use them for their jewelry needs when the time comes.
