Locanda Restaurant

I stayed at the connecting hotel during most of summer 2019 while I had a stem cell transplant at Northwestern and became a regular. The happy hour is great, the food is phenomenal, and the staff is amazing!!! Ive since moved to Chicago permanently and cannot wait to go back and see everyone and have another out-of-this-world dining experience!

We got a pizza last week and the desk clerk said we should have gone elsewhere. We got the pizza and it was small and didn't look very good but it turned out not being too bad. $18 for what looked like a personal pan. Tonight, we ordered spaghetti with pasta sauce and linguine with white lemon sauce. So dry we had to add something to liven it up. And that didn't help. I could have done better myself and I can't cook. Bread was, we don't even know what the bread was and it was awful. $32 wasted. Definately won't go back and wouldn't recommend it to my dog.
