        My town contracted with CGI to do videos for the city and local businesses. The videographer that they hired did a very poor job - out of focus, bad shots, poor lighting. The first draft of the video was abysmal and it took a lot of work on my end to make it passable and halfway decent with the terrible videography. Seems like this company does not make a good faith effort after you sign the contract and is taking advantage of small towns who don't know any better.
