Very very poor service experience. Never answer calls, emails and never call back in time. They make mistakes in the system in personal data. Dont waste your time with these guys.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Witnessed my friend first hand wanting to cancel her policy with mariola, and mariola refused to cancel her policy until she showed proof of her new insurance. New insurance proof was provided and even then still gave my friend the run around and pretended she didnt receive anything. Went back and forth for days, and as of today still has not cancelled my friends policy fully. We had to go through her bank and process a stop payment to make sure nothing was taken out of her account. Very unprofessional! Ridiculous that we had to go through such a process just to cancel a car insurance policy.

Never hire. Scam artists. Insured my sons car under my policy when the truth is that he needed his own policy because off ownership off car. They charged me from my autopay for a car that does not have insurance FRAUD and filling with BBB for refund on non insured car they took money for.

I'm not mistaken, about this agency. The worst Allstate agency ever is this one! You're no longer in capable hands with Allstate. Although it's not conceivable, I would rate it as 0, The worst agent by a long shot! No honesty or integrity. The personnel are also not any better. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone! One of the reviews is even from the agent herself who rated herself!! LOL R efusing to revoke policies. policy alterations that result in a decrease in price. Avoid purchasing insurance from this company!
