incognito charged my account for the past three years - ONLY ABLE TO BACKDATE 2 YEARS!!! This is insanity!! Money making scheme!!! there insurance is garbage also, literally NEVER EVER EVER GO WITH THEM! LOL im just out 200+ dollars on a policy i NEVER SIGNED OFF ON! I will be going to my bank about the charge. Never, ever, ever go with them. if you have them currently - cancel while you still can!!!!!!!!

Horrible costumer service. famous for not returning refunds after cancellation.

If I could give a zero I would. The customer service is terrible, they give excuses rather than helping and are just overall rude. Do not use this company.

So Im presently on the line with an agent *Pat Hill* who after many hard signs and extremely slow and egregious service. Informed me that my payment from July was placed on the account of Mr. M. Stettner. Which caused my policy to be canceled. She asked twice if I paid with a check. I indicated that I always pay with a debit card. At which point she indicates she sees the payment and further states it was placed on another account not being mine. Now I have a notice from my management office stating my insurance policy is not active. I request a supervisor. She goes to speak with someone for a few minutes and then comes back to say that I must prove to her where the payment was made. After insisting that I speak with a supervisor she finally after another 5 minute hold I was finally placed with a supervisor.
