I was on a market for a good and a reliable car insurance for my family. I had called a number of insurance agencies but was not satisfied with their service, mainly because of high cost rates and unsatisfactory coverage conditions. Everything changed once I called the Palka Metropolitan Insurance Agency and talked to Katarzyna Korza. I can't say enough about Mrs. Korza's approach and care she showed for a needy customer. She went above and beyond to make sure I got insurance rate that was affordable and had a great coverage. After everything was set and done, she followed up with me a couple of times later to make sure I had everything I needed. Very professional and courteous!!! Thank you!!!
