I have worked with Auggie and Kelly and the crew at this agency for more than 10 years. They are professional, attentive and always have responded to me immediately via phone or email. During the pandemic they were all remote but still got back to me immediately. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

I want to share that I have so enjoyed working with everyone on this team. They are always have answers and explain them so I can understand, they know who I am when I call, they are kind and funny and wonderful to work with. I only left State Farm because I could find my policies elsewhere for less. I highly recommend working with this team!

When I moved to Evanston 9 years ago one of the first things I did was look for an insurance agent.  Back then I told Augie that if I were to sign on with him I would expect him to be there for me anytime I would need him.  I can now confidently say, after 9 years, that Augie has not only lived up to that but has gone above and beyond.  Insurance is like a seatbelt, every time we get in the car we put it on and 99.9% of the time we didn't need it.  But that one time that we do, it's a life saver.  I haven't needed Augie much, but every time that I have he has been there and inspires absolute confidence that I have someone who is on my side.  I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Augie defines professionalism. He works precisely, decisively, and puts clients' needs first. Best insurance agent ever -- and I've been with State Farm for over fifty years!. We often go to our insurance agents in times of need, and Augie is there to work until you're satisfied. He's the gold standard of insurance agents.
