Auto insurance is severely overpriced and it has been almost impossible to get in contact with my agent and/or her team to discuss my policy. The only good things are decent coverage, discounts for safe driving, and the ability to contact national in the case of an accident.

I've been a policy holder of Allstate for several years and a consumer of insurance for many more and I have never experienced such poor communication and professionalism than I have with this agency. It pains me to even have to write this review however I want others to know what to expect. As soon as I told the agency I was going in a different direction for my next renewal they cut off all lines of communication with me and will not answer my calls or return my emails. I am still a policy holder and am up to date on my premium payments however all servicing has stopped.
