The Horton Group has been a pleasure to work with. We needed to change brokers when our business grew and we started with basic business insurances like GL, Auto, and Umbrella. Our Client Manager is very knowledgeable and understands our business model. The same can be said for the entire team who is very helpful and RESPONSIVE. The Horton Group has been a good business partner for us the past 2 years. When it came time to renew our Employee Benefits, we decided to change to Horton for that as well. Even though it is a different team, the outstanding customer experience is consistent. We have recommended The Horton Group to many others.
