I came with recommendation of a friend to this lawyer office. Had a meeting with Chris for a family based green card application. Was told that the whole process will be done in 6 months, ( from filing to getting first green card interview ) payed the fee up in front ( was not asked to, it was my choice to do so ) Gave them everything they asked me to and was told that they send paperwork on October 6th, Immigration didn't even accept case till 28th December, even tho when you check online it says that it takes few weeks to accept documents. They have people in the office that you can call and ask about your case, they will tell you to be patient, and they don't really provide any more information other then what you can see yourself online. It's been over 1 year and 5 months since uscis accepted my documents and the only thing I got is work permit. No travel document, or the green card interview. I use to call them monthly for updates, then I stopped, now when I called them they either don't answer or put me on a hold till I don't hang up. So, 2 stars for having extremely polite and nice people in the office and usually answering phone immediately. 1 additional star for not being super pricey, they do have reasonable fees. And not 5 stars because you promised to deliver something you knew you can't. I was supposed to do a research and know that the lawyer is needed in complicated cases, not in simple cases like mine where you need just to collect documents and ship them to uscis, that being said they are fairly priced, but still complete waste of money in my personal opinion.
