The staff was nice, but the rooms were small and when we were supposed to have 2 queen beds, the beds were full size. The lighting was horrible for putting on makeup and the paint in spots was peeling. They also ran out of coffee supplies on our last day there.

The ceilings in my room were peeling from water damage, gross bathroom with discoloration in the tub, weird electrical sounds in the walls all night, all vending machines were broken, no ice in the ice machines, and to top it off, there was NO HOT WATER - I had to run the taps for about 10 minutes to get lukewarm water for my showers (which sucks because you shouldn't have to waste so much water). Overpriced for what it is and you're just paying for the location... Spend the little bit extra $ and stay next door.

We booked one of the rooms with a view. Looked over Grant Park. Small but nice. The staff were curtious and helpful. Stayed to go to the museums. Within walking distance if the weather is nice.
