    This is a complaint that has been sent to the Federal and Illinois Department of Aging regarding the contractor Premier Home Health specifically Becky Wright. In Nov 2023 she visited my mother home to assess her service needs for home health agency Addus through the Department of aging. During this visit she request access and information on her bank account. When ask for documentation regarding this request and the purpose she became extremely agitated towards my mother, I was on the phone listening and my daughter was on an internal camera we have in the home. When we refused to provide personal information with my booklet or information why personal information was requested by Becky then continued to scream at my mother who is 85 years old and blind. She then got up and walked out of the house ending the engagement. She was extremely hostile and verbally abusive. We observed her violently pacing back and forth in front of my mother's home. Which was captured on our Ring camera. She was very intimidating towards my parent. She stated she would be ending my mother's services with no reason provided. In addition, there was a trainee with her who she left in my mother's home after attacking her verbally. All of this was captured on the home camera. My mother is blind and unable to take care of herself. No correspondence was received from the Department of Aging or Premier or Addus informing my mother of this action. Today Jan 30th my mother was informed by ADT home alarm services that her medical alert was ending on Feb 1st and later she was told by Addus that she would no longer receive home health services. No official notification letter has been received before today's communication via phone. Unfortunately, the Department of Aging supports agencies to execute this level of abuse to disable seniors. Please do not use this agency it focuses on the abuse of seniors while receiving federal funds from the Department of Aging. What was not known is I work for the federal government Department of Aging and will be sending a full complaint for investigation on senior abuse.

    I've been trying to get services for my parents & brother since early 2022. They miss appointments and don't return calls. Unfortunately, to my understanding this is the only location for my parents address. I have now had to reach back out to the Depart. of Aging and whoever else that I need to. Asked for a manager and go figure it's Sharon who I have been calling the whole time. I typically don't leave reviews but this is a service that should be taken seriously dealing with the care of elderly or disabled individuals. Do better you don't deserve 1 star.

    Ive been trying to get home care for my father whose 87 years old. You would think these people would be passionate enough to help someone get home care asap. Ive been waiting since 12/13/2022 for services this is the day they assessed him. They play you on the phone and tell you what you want to hear but still dont help. A case manager had the nerve to tell me 3 weeks after being assessed that his paperwork was still sitting on her supervisors desk. I guess its still sitting there, it sad that even they dont respect our elderly.

    I would like to state what a wonderful experience I have working with Naquita Sanford, she absolutely went beyond her duties in making sure I was taken care of with my struggles in sorting out my Medicaid and SNAP benifits,. I am so relieved now of this burden off my plate. I just want to point out how excellent she was in resolving my issue's. F
