It is with great disappointment that I must express my concerns regarding the recent changes in management at Abcor Home Health, which have unfortunately resulted in the creation of a hostile work environment. The transition to new leadership has brought about unwelcome conditions characterized by hostility and discomfort for employees. Under the new management, there has been a palpable shift towards adversarial behavior and confrontation. Communication is now marked by aggression and disrespect, leaving employees feeling marginalized and intimidated. This hostile atmosphere stifles productivity and collaboration, making it increasingly challenging for individuals to perform their duties effectively. Furthermore, the disregard for employee well-being is alarming. Rather than fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, the new management team's actions contribute to heightened stress and anxiety among staff members. This not only impacts individual performance but also erodes morale and damages employee morale. In conclusion, the transition to new management at Abcor Home Health has unfortunately resulted in the creation of a hostile work environment that is detrimental to both employees and the overall success of the organization. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR ELDERLY CLIENTS!!!. So sick of this place leaving my grandma alone several days at a time because this company has no clue who their care takers are and when they work. The only reason I notice is because I check the cameras to see if someone showed up. I then have to call off work and run over there to be with her. I never even get a courtesy call when they don't show up either. When they do show up, all they do is sit there and watch TV. I have put several calls in to managers and supervisors and no one bothers to call back. No apologies, no nothing. The girl who answers the phones sounds half asleep like she can't be bothered. STAY AWAY!!!

I was not happy that the caregiver they employed Rachel provided my mother with narcotics when she knew my mother had just gone through withdrawals because of being an addict. She was asked not to give those to her and she did as she felt she was her client. Very disappointed in the people they hire!!
