MK Constructions has some great workers that are knowledgeable and customer focused but their management is terrible. They don't stand behind their work and nickel and dime you when it comes to warranty items. They take (small profit) over customer satisfaction. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them at all. Look somewhere else if you prefer a business that stands by their work and want to see a happy customer.

MK Construction is the worst. They put used tubs in my bathrooms. All of the cabinets were cheap as if they were made out of paper. They didnt last anytime before they started testing up. The back porch had water coming in. The toilet in the basement was hooked up somehow when I lost power the toilet didnt work . Why would you put that kind of setup in a apartment? This was a rehab.They had the nerve to paint instead of fixing the real problem on the porch. The job was horrible .I had a crooked partner who was working with me on the properties.Marcin knew that I didnt steal the money but I took a loss. Mk got paid but dropped the ball on several things.Please everyone get a permit especially if youre doing a fix and flip. We all make mistakes in life. Because I was born a woman they wouldnt talk to me. I gave them my check.If it wasnt for a woman you wouldnt be here.
