        An Impressed Newbie I have very few reviews out there mostly because I feel good reviews should be documented when the service provided has been exceptional. That has been the case for me with The 12 Chicago, I am a soon to be owner of one of their new high-quality developments and I cant believe how easy and amazing the process has been. Working directly with the contactors Andriy and Greg has been smooth, fast and professional. What you should know is, it has been an insane year for raw materials and delays of consumer goods globally, and Im sure this has greatly impacted the service they traditionally provide. Yet, somehow the team has delivered constant communication, real expectations and allowing be to ask all my questions without judgment or frustration. That just shows their expertise in project management as well as people skills. Thank you The 12 Chicago and I look forward to moving in!! Services: Design, Project management
