        The sales manager and process were good and we are pleased with our new home, however, the irrigation system management is unresponsive to valid needs to temporarily adjust the schedule (needed to keep driveway dry for a day to apply sealant). The construction supervisor is very good but needs more help to address issues as a high volume of homes are being closed out.
