        I bought something from them with a credit card over the phone. About an hour later I had second thoughts and called to cancel the order. Danny said fine, no problem, and cancelled it. No funny business, no tricks, I appreciate that.

        I have bought 15 albums over 3 three and had to return 7 of them for replacement. They could not replicate the defects and blamed me. Pops, skips, out of round, warped - can not be replicated? All replacements were fine. Greg in customer service is very rude and yells at you. When you ask him to stop because you suffer from anxiety and depression, he makes fun of you.
