On Siberian cold day went there to pick up furnace part that should be under warranty, the guy at the counter says we have it then goes to the back just to come back and say we dont have and we need to order it and will take 4-5 days. Still past the 5 days, they report waiting time for another 4 days. What kind of inept staff you have? At every store you got to make sure to rotate stock and order more if selling out. Or was this the guy on the counter made this up. Were talking about a furnace not running in a Siberian winter week. To make things worse, the waiting line was all around just to get to nothing. You guys are useless!!!

Counter guys here are chill. Prices are a bit high compared to the other JS group, but its a convenient location.

I have been on the phone on hold for 35 minutes already, I am still on hold and someone told me to please continue holding 20 minutes ago, almost feels like I am being taught a lesson for calling on Saturday. Well I guess I have to call somewhere else. I am pretty sure that if I stay on the phone I will be on hold until the phone automatically hangs up. We'll still on hold as I am about to post this review.
