The hourly workers do the best they can, but management needs to step it up with scheduling. They dont have enough workers to handle the lunch rush and I just watched a couple people leave after realizing how long they were gonna be in line.

Always get the same kale Caesar with blackened chicken because I'm not very adventurous. But it's one of the tastiest Caesar salads I've ever had. And the staff is quick, professional, and thinks on their feet (they corrected me when I realized I ordered my salad for a different day haha). Great store, wish they were open for longer hours and on weekends like they used to be, but it's downtown Chicago in a pandemic so can't blame them. Definitely go here for lunch!

Pleaseee please ..staple or tape the delivery bag shut.. the food the uber delivered to me was tampered with. See photos. 1st photo is food I PICKED UP!! 2nd is uber delivery a week ago. UBER NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a Hot Honey Chicken bowl and essentially paid $15 for a scoop of quinoa and chicken. The bowl wasn't even a quarter full, there was barely any kale at all, and they didn't even add the potatoes. If you decide to order from here, triple-check they actually gave you what you ordered and a decent portion at that. Total rip off
