For the love of GOD, change your call on hold music The product itself works, the process is where it gets a bit tricky. Not to mention if you try to apply discounts its such a pain in the butt. They also forgot my week 5 bottom aligner so make sure you audit your aligners when you get them in (even though the box says pull out one at a time). Overall, i think its better than braces and on par with the competitors.
