I connected with Pro Installers 312 via the Angi App to do a blind installation job. They responded fairly quickly. They asked me to send pictures. I did so via text and email. We spoke again after sending pics and scheduled a time and agreed upon a price for the job. Well, this afternoon at the agreed upon time Pro Installers were a NO SHOW. I called the installer and received no answer. I called the number on their website and got a return text. I asked if anyone was coming. They responded that I did not send pics. I reminded them that we spoke and sent proof of the pics being sent and they said oh, we can't do that job so we have to cancel. It would have been nice if they told me that upfront. Now I have waisted an entire week finding an installer. They are completely unprofessional. My guess is they got a another job that was preferable and simply ghosted me. I have no idea if they do quality work. If you are in need of an installer and have a tight schedule, do yourself a favor and hire someone that will show up or be upfront. My experience shows that Pro Installers 312 is unprofessional and certainly not dependable. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
