        Just moved to Chicago and SO happy Base was recommended to me! I went to Emma for a root touch up and glaze. She did an amazing job color matching, was so attentive to detail, and explained every product she used. Also gave an amazing head massage when doing my shampoo and conditioner. Already scheduled my next appointment with her! So so happy with my results.

        I had my first appointment with Emma! Ive been looking for a new go-to and Ive found my match!! Not only was she so sweet, she listened to exactly what I wanted. She also mentioned what treatments would be helpful for my hair and told me the price before proceeding so I was not shocked at checkout (which sadly is rare). She truly took her time and I could tell she genuinely cared. Overall 12/10 experience and I will be back!!

On my last visit she went above and beyond to ensure I was content with my hair, making me feel comfortable throughout the process.
