        Terrible experience at this place. When I showed up, the workers were rude and the place was dark and filthy. The whole place had a very toxic energy.

        Avoid. The owner is a misogynistic person and most likely he has a serious mental disorder.

        Youd be hard pressed to find a better value for your money than you get at Number One. Their machines might be older, but they perform better and give you a better workout than most, if not all, of the newer equipment on the market. Gerry takes great care of the space and so do the members - feels more like a community space than a traditional gym in that sense. 5/5

      Too funny Oscar. You were sent an email regarding the #1 Gym policy of a change of shoes when there is snow on the ground the day before, yet you arrived without said change of shoes. You were given the option to stay and workout in your socks; you chose not to. You were treated with respect, and you did not even stay one minute, so as to how you ascertained the lack of cleanliness of the Gym is beyond me. I get numerous compliments about my Gym being the cleanest my members and guests have ever used. Quit being a hater and become more mature and follow the rules established by an establishment you choose to enter.
