Discovered the gym through ClassPass. Janell is extremely personable and knowledgeable. She tailored the workout to accommodate for my injuries and gave clear explanations and direction throughout the workout. I highly recommend investing the time to attend.

I love, love, love working out with Janell! She is super knowledgeable, and her focus on form is helpful and empowering. I gained muscle and strength really quickly under her guidance. She also makes every workout fun and changes things up often enough to keep you interested!
